MSB: Iranian Missile Intercepted Over Hatay
The Ministry of National Defense (MSB) announced that a missile fired from Iran, heading towards Turkish airspace, was shot down over Hatay by NATO air and missile defense units stationed in the Eastern Mediterranean.
Following the incident, NATO issued a stern statement. The NATO Spokesperson stated, "We condemn Iran's targeting of Türkiye. We stand by all our allies, including Türkiye, against indiscriminate attacks in the region."
